Location: On the edge of an old market town called Axminster were the county's of Devon, Somerset and Dorset meet.

This holiday cottage has been reclaimed from an old barn, most of the original features have been retained  to give a feel of history.

The holiday cottage is within the 3 acre grounds of a grade 1 listed building and over looks the formal gardens, open fields and woodlands are on your doorstep, its boundary's are set by a very beautiful stretch of river and a weir. There are plenty of places to go to find a sense of peace, an ideal location to explore three of the most beautiful counties of the South West.

Accommodation

This cottage Sleeps two people.

The front entrance lead to a small  lobby, from here on the ground a door leads to a twin bedded room, a utility room with an automatic washing machine. The ground floor bathroom includes a bath with shower, toilet and washbasin.

On the first floor is a well equipped kitchen and dining area, this whole area is open plan with a vaulted beamed ceiling giving a real sense of old world charm and character, the sitting room has comfortable seating, a TV with DVD facilities, a CD player (please bring you own choice of music to listen to) there is a small selection of DVD's and books for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is equipped to a good standard with cooker and micro wave, fridge,  freezer, cutlery and crockery to accommodate place settings, together with all the necessary cooking equipment provided for your use.

The dining room has an 3 place setting of table and chairs.

Out side there is an area of secure parking for your car , large formal gardens and a private walled garden with a picnic table and BBQ.
